April 24, 2010. The Miss Guatemala 2010 finals took place at Hotel Crowne Plaza Américas in Guatemala City. The event crowned three grand slam beauty queens: Alejandra José Barillas of Zacapa as Miss Guatemala for Miss Universe, Ana Lucía Mazariegos of Sacatepéquez as Miss Guatemala World and Jessica María Scheel of Retalhuleu as Miss Guatemala International.
