Miss Wellington is Regan Hillyer. Regan is 20, 5ft.7 and she is studying for a Masters of Architecture under a scholarship at Victoria University. With a passion for the arts, Regan is also an accomplished oboist, drummer, jazz pianist and has an ATCL diploma in Performance Music. Her love for fashion has resulted in part-time modelling and promotional work. Regan’s interests also include windsurfing, skiing and running.
