Name: Jinky Serrano
Feeling blessed with the support given to her by the local government of Mabalacat in Pampanga, 20 year old Jinky Serrano is a tourism student and an active volunteer of Bantay Bata and has travelled to Palawan, Cagayan de Oro City, Davao and in Bohol to support the charity's advocacies. After several beauty contests including Miss Teen Philippines, Jinky said that it's time for her to "level up" that's why she joined Miss Resorts World Manila.
