23-year-old Katherine Blair is the NEW Miss California USA 2011.
Katie will be officially crowned Miss California USA on June 25.
Katie is the 3rd Former Miss Teen USA winner to hold the title of Miss California USA, following Shauna Gambill and Tami Farrell.
She will crown her successor in November.
