Beatrice Blaise, 20 and 1.80m, won the Miss International Guadeloupe 2009 contest on September 5. She will represent the Caribbean island of Guadeloupe at the 59th Miss World pageant in South Africa. First runner-up is Clamy Joelle and second runner-up is Seymour Marie-Ange.
